The venue is deluxe with reasonably large rooms. The staff are affable, and the owner too. Cannot mention that the train station was close to the hotel.

It was handy base for travelling to Brighton, I was glad to stay there. The room was brand-new and large, had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television. The beds were comfortable and the staff was amicable and lovely.
The room felt damp and the bathroom was cold.

Great value for money, the room was comfortable and TV worked fine. The location was perfect, close to the high street but very quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hot water in the room was in good condition, and there were two kettles available. The accommodation was within walking distance of the beach.
We did encounter some issues. One of the double beds in our room was broken, rendering it unusable.

Perfect location for my shopping spree and attending events at the Brighton Centre. So convenient, I practically stumbled into my comfortable room after a long day's worth of activities.
Feeling like a giant in my room, but hey, who needs space when you're having so much fun?
